We'll do simple Taichi for taking a deep breath (belly and chest breathing)and stretching.

We'll meet at 9:00 am at Fuzhong MRT Station exit 1 (府中捷運站一號出口)

PS:You can try to bring sandals, swimming equipment and towel with you.
