World Literature Discussion: The Metamorphosis

Read Around the World is a small monthly book club dedicated to exploring world literature.

This month’s pick is The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, a Czech tale about a man who wakes up one day as a giant insect and immediately begins worrying about being late for work. Come join us for an afternoon of thoughtful discussion as we unpack the themes and cultural significance of this story.

We will meet on the 2nd floor of Vino Vino Café in Daan from 1:00-2:30PM on Saturday, 2/28/2026. Attendees are asked to make a purchase at the cafe for kindly hosting our event.
