Just Sit and Read 坐讀會

歡迎帶上任何你想要閱讀的書，享受片刻的安靜讓自己可以好好地專注在文字中不被干擾。在活動結束前，可以隨意的跟大家分享當天的閱讀帶給你的想法，或許我們回家後，書單上待讀的書又多了好幾本。

「坐讀會」不是讀書會，因為我們老是花時間在做其他事或看其他東西，就不是在做其他的手作、就是在看螢幕，都沒有空閒、空的手、空的心好好看書。我們想說，*也有其他這樣的人吧！*所以重點在把時間卡出來，善用偶爾不知不覺就浪費掉的週日早上，跟有類似想法的朋友同伙重新培養讀書的習慣。可以自願分享感想，得到別人的分享也是額外的獎勵。

  10:00 - 10:30 報到，放鬆心情，自我介紹
  10:30 - 12:00 閱讀（啟動「勿擾模式」）
  12:00 - 12:30 自願分享
• 地點：毛線店 毛絨融
  場地有提供水和簡單的茶飲，歡迎自備零食或飲料來享用
• 費用：為了維持組織活動和場地的營運，每次參加的費用為NT$100
• 語言：這次的主辦人可說中文和英文，閱讀內容與分享語言不限

Bring anything you'd like to read and enjoy a quiet moment to focus on yourself and your words. At the end of the session, feel free to share the books or topics you've been exploring, or not. Who knows—you might walk away with new ideas or inspiration for your next reads.

This is a reading event, not a book club discussion. Why? We found ourselves too busy looking at or working on something else -- mostly our screens and crafts -- and didn't dedicate enough time to our good, old habit of reading. We believe there are others feel the same. So, we focus on blocking the hours in the calendar and will spend the time together reading. Hopefully, with time, we will pick up again the habit. Sharing thoughts is optional. Learning from others is a bonus.

• Agenda:
  10:00 - 10:30 Checking in, cooling down and getting to know one another.
  10:30 - 12:00 Reading (Do-Not-Disturb mode on)
  12:00 - 12:30 Volunteer sharing.
• Location: We'll be meeting at Wools and Pals, a local yarn shop. While the space provides water and basic tea, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks or snacks.
• Fees: To maintain the activities and support the space, NT$100 per person.
• Language: The organizers speak Mandarin and English. You might read and share in any language you prefer.
