What we’re about
This Taipei Robotics Meetup provides a platform for everyone to share their side projects and network.
This group is for everyone interested in robotics from diverse fields, including electrical and computer engineering, mechanical engineering, 3D graphics design, software development, simulator development, and even those with non-engineering backgrounds. If you share a passion for robotics, you are more than welcome to join us. Our aim is to facilitate informal discussions about robotics, fostering an atmosphere of curiosity rather than formality.
The only requirement is your curiosity. At present, these meetups are designed to be casual gatherings for the first three months. Depending on the situation, we may introduce Lightning talks in the future.
The Meetup will initially take place at a coffee shop, and we are open to suggestions for alternative venues, including meeting rooms.
As for the schedule, it is currently tentatively set for the first Thursday evening of each month, running from 7 PM to 10 PM.

With NVIDIA’s recent announcement of establishing its first overseas headquarters in Taiwan, and the exciting events of GTC Taiwan and COMPUTEX, AI and robotics are once again at the center of the global spotlight. It’s becoming clearer than ever — Taiwan is taking a pivotal role in the global robotics and smart technology landscape.
That’s why we at the Taiwan Robotics community sincerely invite you to join us this early summer evening to exchange insights on robotics development, industry trends, and future possibilities. Whether you’re a student, professional engineer, maker, startup founder, or simply passionate about future technologies — you are warmly welcome to be part of this gathering!
