Welcome to Taipei Salsa Beginner Dance Class Meetup! If you're looking to learn the basic steps of salsa dancing or improve your skills, this is the group for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you through fun and easy-to-follow lessons that will have you dancing with confidence in no time. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, all are welcome to join us for a great time learning and practicing salsa together. Come join us and meet other salsa enthusiasts in Taipei!

Put simply, it's a music and dance type comes from Latin America. Salsa is full of rich cultural roots shinning over decades. As a social dance, it builds a genuine connection between people that make the dancers a big community around the world. It's not only a vibrant, rhythmic art form but also become a lifestyle.
What is DS?
"DS Salsa Fusion" is a dance team founded by two passionate dancers Dan & Sherry. With the love of Salsa, we are always exploring different ways of teaching and creating choreography. DS open for all kinds of opportunities to grow together with the crew and to share the joy of Salsa with everyone.
About the class
The DS Salsa Newbie class happens every Tuesday night! We’ll start from scratch, learning both solo and partner moves, and take you right into the amazing Salsa world. You’ll meet plenty of fun people here. Whether you just want to groove your body, vibe to music, discover different cultures, make cool new friends, try something new, or simply add a little extra joy to your day — it doesn’t matter if you come solo or with a partner, introvert or extrovert — everyone’s welcome! Come join us and give it a try👇
