Tea Salon is where we meet cool folks, share ideas, and synergize with new friends over curated brews of gongfu tea, all in a gorgeous plant-filled, sunny private tea studio in Yongkang Street. Besides tea, you'll also get to try small batch tea snacks.
⭐ Coffee Leaf Teas ⭐
Coffee is made of the seeds of the coffee fruit, but did you know that just about every part of the coffee plant is edible?
In Malaysia, permaculture coffee farmers are experimenting with all parts of the tree: seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves, and bark!
For this tasting, let's sample coffee leaf teas made with white, green, and red tea processing methods. Fun fact: coffee leaf has less caffeine than both coffee beans and tea leaves!
Details:
- Fee is NT 600 and includes a (3) teas and (2) snacks.
- RSVP required for guaranteed snacks.
- Max 8 attendees per session.
- Near MRT Dongmen, Exit 4; exact location will be shared upon successful RSVP.
- Service is in English only, but I'm happy to help you with basic Chinese tea vocabulary so you can start chatting with farmers and vendors.
