#### Title #1: Kyber — How to Stream and Control Machines in Real Time

Speaker: Jean-Baptiste Kempf — Creator of VLC, President of VideoLAN, CTO at Scaleway

What if you could stream a full desktop — or control a robot or drone — with virtually zero delay? In this talk, Jean-Baptiste Kempf, the mastermind behind VLC, introduces Kyber: a groundbreaking open-source SDK for real-time video, input, and machine control — built without WebRTC, and with latencies so low they feel like magic.

Whether you're into game streaming, remote robotics, or building next-gen interactive apps, Kyber opens doors where every millisecond counts.

#### Title #2: Orchestrating the Invisible — Inside the Tech That Moves “Free UR Head”

Speaker: Tom Chen — Co-founder of Fugu Fish Creations

Free UR Head is a multi-user immersive VR experience where participants, though unable to see each other inside the headset, move in sync—dancing together in real time, without rehearsal. This invisible choreography was made possible through a series of experiments in system design, communication protocols, media synchronization, and device orchestration. Along the way, we kept refining and adjusting, so that each independent part could start “dancing” together—alongside the audience, who were nodding and moving with us.

This talk focuses on our role in shaping the technical architecture: how we moved from a hands-on, manual test setup to Headquarter, a custom control system that could auto-connect, group, and sync dozens of devices. The overall system was also integrated with Unity, Ableton Live, and Max for Live, enabling both real-time control and pre-recorded playback. These integrations weren’t flashy, but they were essential—allowing every moment on site to land with rhythm, clarity, and flow.

#### 主題二：無形調度：驅動《放開你的頭腦》的技術現場

講者： 陳炯廷 (Tom Chen)（Fugu Fish Creations 共同創辦人）

《Free UR Head》是一場多人同步的沉浸式 VR 體驗，參與者在頭顯中看不到彼此，卻能在沒有排練的情況下即時共舞、同步移動。這種「無形的編舞」，來自一連串系統設計、通訊協定、媒體同步與裝置管理的實驗與組合——過程中我們也不斷調整、試錯，讓這些看似獨立的技術能穩定地「一起跳舞」，和觀眾們一起搖頭擺腦。

本次分享將聚焦我們在技術架構中的角色與設計選擇，如何從一個操作繁瑣的測試環境，發展出名為 Headquarter 的中控系統，讓數十台裝置能夠自動連線、分組控制、同步內容。整體系統也與 Unity、Ableton Live、Max for Live 等工具交錯整合，使創作者得以即時操演，也能預錄重現。這些整合並不華麗，卻是讓現場每一段律動能順利發生的關鍵。
