Lara has an holistic approach to music and movement that is fun, encouraging and accessible for all abilities, with a focus on joyful discovery! Participants are guided through engaging content including traditional music, dance, language and indigenous instruments. Individual expression, teamwork, performing arts, diversity and wellness are highlighted. Lara has been sharing her artistic passions as performing and teaching artists for all ages and abilities for 25 years!
