With blended home and work lives, there is often a struggle between how to switch off from one environment and move into the other in a meaningful way. Physical change has also been coupled with financial change. For many individuals, the last 12 months have seen a fluctuation of finances which adds another layer of challenge to their everyday.

Stability of circumstance has been replaced by a fast paced, digital world which demands adaptability and flexibility. For some individuals, they have thrived in changing environments, however others are left feeling like they have lost a level of control. In most cases, it is our attitude and reaction to change which determines the impact that it has on our lives. However, accepting and working through difficult and challenging circumstances can be difficult.
