Take a Hike! @ Bull Run / Old Yates Ford Rd

Join us for a scenic and social hike at Bull Run! This hike is as much about meeting new people and enjoying good conversation as it is about getting outside. We’ll keep a comfortable pace, take time to chat along the way, and enjoy the scenery together. Whether you come with friends or on your own, it’s a great opportunity to connect with others, get some fresh air, and spend a few hours outdoors with a friendly group.

We’ll meet Sunday at 9:30 am for a scenic 3 hour hike along Bull Run. The hike is about 4.5 miles and includes approximately 560 feet of elevation gain. Our route winds through wooded trails overlooking Bull Run with rolling terrain, stream crossings, and scenic stretches. Expect significant elevation gain and a rocky terrain.

We’ll take breaks as needed and keep the group together, so there will be plenty of opportunities to walk with different people and socialize along the way. Come ready for a good hike, some beautiful scenery, and an enjoyable day with the group.

Join us at 9:30 AM at the Bull Run Parking Lot located at 12619 Old Yates Ford Rd, Clifton, VA 20124. We'll meet at the trailhead (click on the map link for the exact location).

Free parking is available at the Parking Lot off Old Yates Ford Road where it intersects with Kincheloe Road.
