STARBUCKS RESERVE Bao’an Shop, No. 11號, Bao'an St, 延平里, Datong District, Ta, TWFraming is the art of using elements within a scene—archways, foliage, or window panes—to create a "frame within a frame." It draws the eye to your subject and adds depth to the composition. Expect a cinematic journey through Dadaocheng, where the red-brick corridors of the Japanese colonial era provide the perfect geometric layers for urban photography.
Walk, shoot, and connect with photographers & creators as we explore the hidden courtyards of Taipei.
Beginners, enthusiasts, and pros — all are welcome.

We’ll meet on the sidewalk outside this historic red-brick building. It is a standalone 1930s mansion.

17:00 | Meet & Connect
We’ll gather outside the mansion, introduce the "Framing" theme, and capture our first shots using the building’s baroque exterior.
17:15 | Main Walk
Exploring the arched walkways of Dihua Street, the vibrant textures of Yongle Market, and the "frames" within the historic temples of the district.
19:30 → Optional sunset drinks or street food at the Dadaocheng Wharf Container Market by the river.
