Portraits & Amore: A Valentine’s Photo Walk in Venezia ❤️📸

Celebrate love, friendship, and human connection through photography in Venice. This social photo walk is a relaxed, friendly space to meet new people, take portraits, and experiment with creative shots among canals, bridges, calli, and soft Venetian light.

Bring your camera, smartphone, or Polaroid. Everyone is welcome — beginners, enthusiasts, professionals, solo participants, friends, or couples.

This is a casual, social photo walk to meet other photographers in Venezia.
Please stay respectful of public spaces and passersby.
If asked, this is a group of friends meeting for a social photography walk, not a professional production.

Meeting Point
We’ll meet at Campo Santa Margherita, near Pasticceria Tonolo
Campo Santa Margherita, Venezia
Meeting time: 3:00 PM
Look for people with cameras around the campo. Grab a coffee if you arrive early.

Volunteers & Participants
Couples, friends, or solo participants who would like to step in front of the camera are welcome.
Help us capture human connections as part of a global photography project.
Suggest photogenic spots, form small shooting groups, or support fellow participants.

From Campo Santa Margherita, we’ll walk together through nearby calli and canals in Dorsoduro, stopping for portraits, candid moments, and spontaneous shooting sessions. Expect a slow, relaxed pace with time to connect and create.

Arriving late?
No problem. We’ll share our live location in the WhatsApp group as we move through the Dorsoduro area toward quieter canals and bridges. Remember to join the WhatsApp group to stay connected.

After the Photo Walk
We’ll end with an optional coffee, wine, or aperitivo at a nearby bacaro or bar in Dorsoduro.
No pressure — stay as long or as little as you like. This part is about hanging out, sharing photos, and getting to know each other.
