Take Better Pictures - Non-Technical Photography Workshops
Details
Greetings Photographers!
The weather looks great for Saturday so if you can join us, this will be a fun photo exploration in a new area of old stuff. We should have nice light and lots to photograph along the way. Discover the beauty of Wabi Sabi aesthetic. This philosophy embraces the imperfect and ephemeral qualities of our world.
There are two great gritty parking lots we will explore. And there are some beautiful wall murals and graffiti. There are also fabulous new building in the same area so it creates a fun juxtaposition of old and new.
WE will focus on finding abstract compositions in this industrial, gritty area. You can trust me when I say, we will be the only ones taking photos in this area. Not your usually photo area. All levels welcome. You can even do this one with your iPhone. I will provide setting suggestions as always.
We will work on how to use patterns, color and texture to make our photos more visually engaging. Ill provide several creative challenges to get you to think differently about what to photograph.
Check out some of the sample photos in the album below to get an idea of what you will find in this area. There are public restrooms and street parking. This will be fun!
