• 5:30 - 6:30 - Networking and registration
• 6:30 - 6:40 - Welcome and opening comments with James Cumming and Carl Hinett.
• 6:40 - 7:00 - Talks by local HR and Talent experts
• 7:00 - 7:15 - Open mic session: An optional opportunity for attendees to take to the stage and pitch their ideas for a DisruptHR Birmingham talk. Each pitch must be 90 seconds or less.
• 7:15 - 8:00 - Wrap up and final networking
