Bio:
Jason Fama, VP of Engineering at Talkdesk, has worked at a variety of San Francisco Bay Area startups, as well as larger companies post-acquisition. He has been lucky enough to work on algorithms, data science, agile practices, DevOps, and management. In addition to having work accepted in AI Magazine and several conferences, Jason holds more than 20 patents ranging all the way from data science optimization algorithms to heuristic optimization algorithms, though he is perhaps best known for bringing brownies to work on a regular basis. Jason holds bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Kathy Krucek, Sr. Director of Product Management at Talkdesk, heads up Workforce Optimization (WFO) strategy and defines WFO product vision. Kathy has spent over 15 years working for software technology companies of various sizes focusing on WFO in the Contact Center industry. During this time, Kathy has had the pleasure to work on products such as recording, quality management, performance management, and voice of the customer. She has spoken at various industry conferences on these topics. Kathy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her goal is to one day learn Portuguese.

Started out as a developer but moved into consultancy and then product where he has been for more than 7 years, building products in varied knowledge areas. He really enjoys working with multidisciplinary, self-organized teams to solve complex but interesting challenges.
Daniel Bastos, Agile Coach at Talkdesk, with 10 years of IT experience, has worked in many companies with teammates from all over the globe. Passionate to work as a facilitator and propagator of the agile culture. Daniel holds a degree in Information Technology and a post-graduation in Software Engineer.
