Ana works as a Senior Technical Writer at Talkdesk, managing the Developer Documentation.
A journalist by training, Ana has been working at tech startups with an international scope since 2015. All of her professional experiences revolve around writing.

Inês Costa - Senior Knowledge Manager at Talkdesk
Inês leads the Talkdesk Knowledge Base and its incredible team of Technical Writers, having joined Talkdesk in 2017 as a Knowledge Specialist for Talkdesk Academy. Inês holds a degree in English and North-American Studies and has navigated through the world of localization for a few years before landing “home”. She’s a customer advocate and passionate about researching and testing things. And, of course, writing about them!
