Come Join us at the UPP to see Ed Wood Tim Burton's stylised, cult classic biopic of 'The Worst Director Ever' Edward D. Wood Jr. A special introduction to the film will be done live by cultural historian Dr Michael Goodrum.

Ed is in crisis, he planned of being a young maverick director like Orson Welles, but he can't get a break! On top of this he is trying to hide his secret love of women's clothing from his girlfriend. However a chance meeting with faded horror star Bela Lugosi may be the fortuitous bit of luck he needs to get his Hollywood career going!
As Ed's luck begins to change, he finds his troupe adopting many of the outsiders, z-list celebrities, and freaks and geeks of Hollywood
