What we’re about

Tall Poppy is a warm, welcoming community and personal growth space for women who feel called to grow into who they truly are, gently uncovering their purpose, releasing what no longer fits, and learning to stand comfortably and confidently in their worth.

At the heart of Tall Poppy is the belief that every woman carries a superpower, a unique spark, strength, or way of being that fuels her soul and shapes how she shows up in the world. Inspired by the poppy that rises despite pressure to shrink, this is more than coaching or healing. It is a supportive community where authenticity is required, messy and meaningful growth is honored, and healing is nurtured with compassion, tools, and connection. Together, we will use the book Say More by author Shannon Vogel as a shared guide for reflection, conversation, and growth, creating deeper understanding and connection along the way. If you are ready to discover, trust, and celebrate your superpower and rise in your own way, at your own pace, Tall Poppy is a place where you belong.

Tall Poppies is a women’s group rooted in Denver, Colorado, and now expanding to Tulsa, facilitated by seasoned trainer, facilitator, and coach Camille Koster. Camille has over 10 years of experience leading women’s groups and is a nationally recognized leadership facilitator and coach, best known for her work supporting and developing women leaders.

Each month, Tall Poppies offers two gatherings a month. One session is thoughtfully facilitated and centered around the book Say More by Shannon Vogel, creating space for reflection, conversation, and personal growth. The other offering is designed for connection and fun, providing a relaxed environment to build relationships and enjoy community together. You are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you like.

Your first session is free, and all women are welcome. After your initial visit, facilitated sessions are $20 each, and the outdoor or fun connection sessions are $10 each. (Cash, Venmo and cash app are welcome). If you plan to continue attending after your first session, purchasing the book is recommended to deepen your experience and engagement. Payments will be accepted onsite through Venmo, Cash App, or cash.

The facilitated session will be held at Gradient downtown. It is a secure space, so you must be registered to attend. The other offering will be listed monthly at the location we will meet.
