# TALL POPPY
A Thoughtful Space for Women Ready for Something Deeper
Tall Poppy is a welcoming space for women who are ready for something deeper, steadier, and more honest.
It is for women who have lived full lives. Women who have carried responsibility, supported others, and navigated seasons of change. Women who may be asking quiet questions about what is next, what still fits, and what no longer does. You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need a willingness to grow in your own way and at your own pace.
## Our Philosophy
At Tall Poppy, we believe every woman carries something uniquely powerful within her. Not in a loud or performative way, but in the grounded strength that comes from experience, resilience, and self awareness.
Like the poppy that rises without apology, this is not a space where you are asked to shrink, fix yourself, or prove your worth. You are invited to arrive as you are. Growth here is steady, meaningful, and supported.
## Our Gatherings
We gather twice each month with intention.
One gathering centers on guided reflection and facilitated conversation.
One gathering is connection focused, relaxed, and community based.
Together, we use the book Say More by Shannon Vogel as a thoughtful guide for discussion and personal insight. Our time together is sincere, supportive, and grounded in real conversation. Some evenings invite deeper exploration. Others offer space for laughter, friendship, and shared understanding among women walking similar seasons of life.
You are welcome to attend one gathering or both.
## Facilitation
Tall Poppies began in Denver and is now expanding to Tulsa. The group is facilitated by Camille Koster, an experienced trainer, facilitator, and coach who has spent more than a decade supporting women in growth and leadership.
Her approach is warm, steady, and rooted in both professional experience and genuine care.
## Investment
Your first session is complimentary.
Guided sessions are $20.
Connection gatherings are $10.
Payment is simple and handled onsite.

Connection gatherings are hosted at locations shared monthly.
