Tally Brew Theology: St. Patrick and the Trinity
Details
Every year, we celebrate St. Paddy's Day, which usually centers around Irish food, wearing green, and drinking green beer. But do you know the real story of Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland? Patrick was raised as the son of a priest in Britain during the end of Roman rule (~5th century). As a teen, he was kidnapped by Irish pirates and, after being liberated, returned as a missionary and brought the Catholic faith to the Irish people.
One of the most legendary stories surrounding St. Patrick was his use of the shamrock, a three-leaf clover, to describe the Holy Trinity. Join Tally Brew Theology on Thursday, March 19, 2026, 7-9 pm, at Ology Power Mill as we discuss St. Patrick and the Trinity! โ๏ธ๐ฎ๐ช
