Ethics is a sticky subject. No one culture, time, or even person shares the exact same understanding of right and wrong. It could be argued that there is no universal morality. Yet most of us don’t want to completely let go of the idea that some things will always be immoral. But where does our sense of right and wrong really come from? Does morality have a source? That’s where metaphysics (the nature/essence of reality/truth/existence) comes into play.
