Every Monday, we offer 30-minute periods of seated meditation, punctuated by walking meditation or mindful yoga. This is offered both live at the center and on Zoom. Please note that Guo Gu offers Q&A after some Monday nights, and offers Dharma talks once a month on the first Monday of the month.

All events are free. Our center runs entirely off of donations, so if you feel inclined to donate, you can bring $5-$15 or donate at www.tallahasseechan.org/support
