Taller de Escritura Consciente y Narrativa Personal – Sevilla
Explora tus emociones, experiencias y tu propia historia a través de la escritura en un espacio seguro y grupal.
Cada taller incluye:
- Lectura inspiradora de un cuento espiritual como detonante y reflexión grupal
- Ejercicios de escritura guiada para conectarte contigo mismo
- Lectura voluntaria y resonancia grupal: comparte tu historia o simplemente escucha
Las historias funcionan como espejos: al escucharlas, nos leen y nos devuelven partes de nosotros mismos.
Para quién es: personas sensibles, conscientes y abiertas al autoconocimiento.
No necesitas experiencia previa en escritura.

Conscious Writing & Personal Storytelling Workshop – Seville
Discover your emotions, experiences, and personal story through writing in a supportive and welcoming group.
Who’s it for:
Anyone learning Spanish who’s interested in personal growth and spirituality, with at least a B1 level. The workshop is led by Esteban, who speaks English and has many years of experience teaching Spanish.
What to expect:
- Inspiring readings of spiritual stories to spark reflection and group discussion
- Guided writing exercises to help you connect with yourself
- Optional sharing of your story and group resonance – you can participate as much or as little as you like
Stories act like mirrors: they reflect parts of ourselves back to us when we listen.
No previous writing experience is needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
