🇬🇧 🚀 Mastering Capacity and Designing Sustainable Intranets: Two Talks That Make Daily Work Easier
This ACE meetup brings together two essential topics that teams struggle with far more often than they admit:

why teams consistently misjudge their real capacity and end up overwhelmed

how to design a Confluence intranet that remains structured, useful and well maintained over time

In these sessions we will cover:

the most common capacity planning mistakes teams make in Jira

how to make capacity, availability and workload truly visible

practical ways to avoid overcommitment and keep planning realistic

how to approach intranet creation like a product design process

what makes Confluence spaces clear, structured and sustainable

👉 Note: the first presentation is in English and the second one is in Estonian.
Join us to learn from real examples, exchange ideas and walk away with insights you can immediately apply in your team ✨

millised on levinumad capacity planeerimise vead Jira kasutajatel

👉 Infoks: esimene ettekanne on inglise keeles, teine on eesti keeles.
