❣️Tallinn Fit Group - it’s a community for girls and women who want to stay fit and healthy. We’re going to do some outside workout to transform your body, so wear the sport clothes and trainers. And as the weather is good now, we’ll also have some sunbathe 😁
After the exercises, you’ll have a chance to communicate with the coach about nutrition if you want.
