The First Event - ZuriHac, Tooling, Linear-Types etc.

Hello Fellow Haskellers,

We now have 10+ people in the group, it's a good time to have our first event :)

The agenda will be slightly fluid but interesting for the first meetup:

1. Anyways, some of us actually had met in ZuriHac 2023, it was a blast. We will share some of our experience.
2. Everyone volunteer: share your Haskell development setup and tips to everyone.
3. Short presentation by the host Miao: introducing linear types extension, and a progress sharing of using linear-smc & linear-base to build an eDSL.

The venue will be the ~lift99 telliskivi mainhub (NO!)~ LIFT99 RED Team Space. The door opens from 6pm and the event starts at 6:30pm. There will be some limited pizza and drinks provided :)
