What we’re about

I am a coach and I organize coaching sessions and group events in Tallinn to help people gain insights about themselves, set meaningful goals, and explore and work through their limiting beliefs in a safe and supportive space with like-minded individuals.

My events and sessions are based on the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and draw on methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is rooted in empathy and care, creating a safe environment where people can openly explore themselves.
