What: ~60-min group HIIT workout in the park (from Crunch Fitness)
Where: Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park
When: Every Monday, 6:00-7:00pm (weather permitting)
What to Bring: towel, water, yoga mat (optional)
Optional: Socialize afterward
