When: Every Monday, 6:00-7:00pm (weather permitting)
Who: Led by Thanecha (instructor from Crunch Fitness)

FREE event, open to the public, all skill levels welcome! HIIT in the Park is part of the lineup of FREE Community Fitness classes offered by the City of Tampa!

Meetup Host: I'm just an attendee but have been going every week for a year now and love welcoming new people into our fun social group. Super positive energy, awesome people, and a great workout! Thanecha (instructor) is supportive and encouraging throughout and can adapt any exercise as needed.
