What: 60-min group workout in the park (from Crunch Fitness)
Where: Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park
When: Every Monday, 6:00-7:00pm (weather permitting)
What to Bring: water

FREE event, open to the public, all skill levels welcome! HIIT in the Park is part of the lineup of FREE Community Fitness classes offered by the City of Tampa!

Expect around 8-10 or more people weekly regardless of the RSVP count of this event. I use Meetup just to spread the word.

Meetup Host: I'm just an attendee but there almost every week. Good vibes, awesome people, great workout! Thanecha from Crunch Fitness leads the way and is supportive and encouraging throughout.
