# TRIVIA NIGHT – General Knowledge
New to the area? Don’t have a team? Perfect. This event is built for you.
This meetup is all about meeting new people and forming teams for a fun night of general knowledge trivia hosted by Tampa Bay Trivia.
One of the biggest things missing from game nights is this:
You’re “supposed” to have a team.
But what if:
- You just moved here?
- Your friends don’t like trivia?
- Your schedule doesn’t match your usual crew?
- You don’t want to walk into a bar alone?
That’s why we’re here.
### How This Meetup Works:
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early
- We’ll introduce new members to each other
- We’ll form teams of 4–6 (or plug you into one that needs players)
- Then we play!
### The Game:
- General knowledge trivia
- Multiple rounds
- Fun, social atmosphere
- Prizes for top teams
- Earn points toward the Tampa Bay Trivia League
- Qualify for the National Trivia League
You do NOT need to be a trivia expert.
You just need to show up.
Come solo. Leave with teammates (and maybe new friends).
