Bitcoin Meetup: BTC@$4800, Fork in Nov, Russia to block crypto sites

Bitcoin is seemingly shrugging off any concerns about the upcoming hard fork in November, now sitting at $4800. We'll be discussing the hard fork (Segwit2x), the implications and how to prepare.
Also, looks like it's Russia's turn, they're threatening to block websites that sell crypto.
