Write an ICO contract and learn how token sales work

Hey everyone, sorry for the big gap between meetups. I'll be traveling most of this month and won't be available until the end of November.

We'll go over the common ways people are launching ICO's and what are considered best practices in the industry.

This will build up from previous contracts and we'll combine the crowdsale and ERC20 token demos I did.
