*Bio: Dwayne Edwards has 35 years of experience in IT and OT as a software developer, network engineer, and for the last 20 years, OT security. He speaks extensively on security and works closely with the issues and problems facing ICS security professionals. In pursuit of community education, Dwayne Co-Hosts the ICS Security Hour 1/2 Hour.
- Abstract: Reducing Risk in ICS Environments - A VERY brief introduction of history/differences between vulnerabilities in OT and IT. How to prioritize risk reduction activities and handle the basics in OT security.

*Bio: Dan Brown is a veteran cybersecurity leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding major financial and defense organizations through complex cyber risks, regulatory expectations, and high‑stakes security operations. He has built and led global teams across threat management, incident response, engineering, and vulnerability management, and brings deep firsthand experience working with regulators, supervisors, Internal Audit, and third‑party assessors.
- Abstract: One Cyber Program, Many Watchdogs: Navigating Oversight Without Losing the Plot - This session explores how cyber teams can effectively navigate interactions with government regulators and supervisors—and how those engagements differ from working with Internal Audit, external assessors, or Line 2 risk oversight teams. Dan will share practical, real‑world insights drawn from regulatory examinations, audit cycles, and cross‑functional risk governance to help organizations strengthen clarity, trust, and outcomes across all of these relationships.
11:00am - 3rd Speaker - Special Agent Charles McGuiness
*Bio: Special Agent Charles McGuinness is one of the Private Sector Coordinators for the Tampa Division on the Gulf Coast from Fort Myers up to Hernando County north of Tampa Bay. SA McGuinness is also the coordinator for the InfraGard program, assigned to provide coordination and assistance to private sector and critical infrastructure entities in the Gulf Coast region. SA McGuinness works to translate and disseminate intelligence and threat management awareness to assist corporate partners and critical infrastructure in continuing their business activities.
