With the Paris Early Release OUT - we have a TON of information on new and enhanced features in Paris. BTW, the Paris update is available in everyone's PDI (old news, I'm sure). You've seen Chuck present the updates. And Andrew has shared a PPT, with presenter's notes, that "might" be distributed to those in attendance. PLUS, You've seen all the pitches about the incredible Flow Designer enhancements. NOW, you'll see these and more presented by our very own comedian, disguised as a ServiceNow Guru, Dale Stubblefield.

Yes, that's Dale with legendary Chuck Tomasi and Andrew Barnes above - both of whom have honored us with their visits (Chuck TWICE) to our TB Meetups. Dale was participating in the Hackathon Livestream at K20 in May with other geniuses!

BTW - in case you didn't know, Dale left his "dream job" after just a few months at Elite ServiceNow partner GlideFast consulting, to join the mother ship - thus the sanctioned signage in his virtual background. Congrats Dale!! Glad you're staying humble enough to help out us simple folks.
