Sometimes as an STR owner or host there are things that come up that are not the norm and are hard to solve. Sometimes there is a solution for one of your units, but not another, depending on demographics or other variables. Some examples might be:
- I don't want to ask my guests to take out the trash and the cleaners don't take it at a unit that is not near me. How do I find someone to put out the trash?
- I have a gas grill at my unit and don't feel that the cleaners should have to clean it. How do I make sure it is ready for the next guest?
