The Manifesting Agilist - Vision Board for 2022

• Synopsis - Grab your favorite cocktail and get ready to manifest with us. This interactive event will allow us to reflect & celebrate the previous year personally and as a group, release what no longer serves us, and envision our ideal 2022.

Bio:
Diana Weber is an agile leader with over 15 years of experience in the enterprise agility space beginning in the Department of Defense industry, and is the Co-Founder/Co-Owner of Arda, focused on the transformation journey. Formerly, she led the agile practice for the Transformation Office at Tech Data and has been a pivotal role in several large agile transformations including Valpak and numerous clients. Diana is also a passionate Change Agent who believes that transformation begins with self-as-instrument. She participated in the first in the world pioneer cohort to earn the ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching. Diana is active in the local agile community and is currently a mentor for the Tampa WIA. She is a published journalist, steward of nature and the arts, and is currently writing a book. She has two children, Alexis (25) and Matthew (21). Diana is a Florida native and currently resides in Clearwater.
