Arts & Crafts Meetup at Drip Ybor

This month's meetup will be at DRIP ("Do Really Inspirational Projects") in Ybor City. Upon arrival, you can choose to do a mosaic or paint a piece of pottery. They also have clay hand building if you are into that. You do not need any craft experience to participate! The prices vary based on which activity you choose, and you can find the prices on their website: https://drip-ybor.com/. I will be there with a sign so you can find the group. Finding a parking spot in Ybor can be tricky - it is paid street parking and there are some lots as well. I suggest downloading the ParkMobile app so you can pay by phone, but there are meters to pay as well.

Big Body Babes is a space for fat people to build community and have fun together. We embrace the word "fat" and reject the stigma surrounding it, but if you haven’t reclaimed “fat” just yet, that’s okay! Our community is designed for people to connect, build lasting friendships, and to have a safe space to adventure together - think eating out, going to the beach, plus-size clothing swaps, walking trails and more. This group will be free of diet talk, intentional weight loss talk, body shaming, ableism, and healthism, but FULL of fat acceptance, body liberation, fat friendships and fat joy. We welcome fat people of all identities and backgrounds and aim to make sure everyone feels comfortable, welcome and safe.

This group welcomes people who are fat/plus-size/in larger bodies. The purpose of this group is not for dating.
