In honor of National Sour Candy Day, we’re mixing together sweet victories, sour defeats, and hopefully a whole lot of laughs in between. Whether your game style is sugary smooth or a little tart and competitive, there should be something for everyone tonight!

Over time, this group has really started finding its own personality. Some people come for the games, others for the laughs and conversations, and many for a little of both. We’ve built a casual, welcoming atmosphere where regulars and newcomers alike can relax, jump into a game, and simply enjoy the evening without pressure or complicated rules. But just one hard rule, no political talk please.
📍 LOCATION
Game Night will be held again at the front room of Winners Sports Grill
5229 Ehrlich Rd, Tampa, FL – in the shopping center at Hutchison & Ehrlich, next to/behind the dry cleaners.
❗ Please do NOT follow the outdated Meet-Up map location for Winners Grill on Gunn Hwy — they moved years ago, and Meet-Up has been slow to fix it.
🕔 SCHEDULE
Most people arrive sometime between about 4:45 PM and 6:00 PM for food, conversation, and settling in before games get rolling.
🎲 Games usually begin sometime after dinner and continue until around 9:00–10:00 PM, depending on the crowd, energy, and how competitive things get!
You’re welcome to come early, arrive late, or leave whenever needed — the evening is designed to stay relaxed and flexible.

🎲 ABOUT OUR GAME NIGHTS
We’re not a D&D or heavy strategy group. We stick mostly to fun, easygoing games. A few people have called us a “Party Games” group — and one of our regulars once said, “Hard-core gamers might get frustrated, but I loved it.” Honestly, that probably describes us pretty well!
Past nights have included:
Uno, Only One, Yahtzee, Letter Pool, 3Up/3Down, trivia-style games, Sorry, Deer in the Headlights, Rummikub, Ticket to Ride, Sequence, Apples to Apples, Exploding Kittens, and more!
🎲 Feel free to bring along a favorite game of your own as well — especially games that work well with 3-6 players and are easy for new people to jump into.

The restaurant kindly lets us use the front room at no cost, so please consider ordering food and/or drinks while you're there — and don’t forget to tip your server(s).
The staff has generally done a nice job working with our group, so let’s continue being patient and appreciative if things get busy.
🧥 This location tends to run fairly warm, especially with a larger crowd, so we usually try to bring a fan or two to help circulate the air. That said, if you get cold easily, bringing a sweater just in case is never a bad idea.
💬 As always, we ask everyone to avoid political topics so the atmosphere stays welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable for all.
