About the Presenter

Flow Davis is an accomplished engineer who worked for and consulted for several Fortune 500 Companies including LinkedIn, Google, Apple and Salesforce. She is a self-taught developer as well as course Instructor. She taught "Intro to Programming" at Year Up. Year Up's mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with skills, experience and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education.

Seeing the major divide in her own career - usually being the only black female in her career field - she has put major effort into volunteering as well as teaching. She chose to start teaching workshops on design and development to help close that divide.

Flow is currently a Digital Experience Brand Manager at a Fortune 500 Financial Institution, and the founder of Focused Vision Design Group where she hosts a variety of workshops and speaking engagements with leaders in the Technology and Spiritual Community.
