We acquire lower middle market multifamily properties between 20 - 150 units and offer investors attractive returns for participating in our private investment funds. We look for stable yet underperforming multifamily properties. Our team fills vacancies, repairs deferred maintenance and deploys professional property management. This process increases cash flow, allowing us to provide higher than average returns to our investor partners. Investors who choose to invest in our fund become direct owners of all the properties acquired by that fund, thus providing diversification, cash flow, stability, and significant tax advantages on top of the high returns.
