Join us for an evening of great wine, cheese, and company at Cheeseology's January 24th Pairing Class!
We'll discover the fundamentals of complementary and contrasting cheese and wine flavors. We'll also learn how the fruit forward notes of wine elevates the salty and earthy characteristics of cheese and enhances the textures and flavors of traditional foods.
