Join us for an evening of restorative alignment at The Aesthetic Portal Circle of Tampa, where meditation, sound, breathwork, and Reiki come together to create a space of deep healing and renewal.
Hosted by The Aesthetic Portal in collaboration with Ari of Zen Vibes Reiki, each gathering is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Through guided breathwork, meditative stillness, and therapeutic sound frequencies, you’ll experience how energy can be balanced and the body’s natural healing response restored.
What to Expect
