• Gates Open at 9:00 AM
• Breathwork Session:
  A deeply grounding and energizing breathwork journey to center your body and prepare for cold immersion.
• Guided Cold Plunge: Directly after breathwork
  Submerge into the invigorating waters of our cedar cold plunge tub. A facilitator will guide your breathing and timing to ensure a safe and transformative experience.
• Sauna Session: Warm up and unwind with dry heat therapy in our beautiful wood sauna cabin.
• ❄️ Prefer to skip breathwork?
  Arrive later and go straight into the cold plunge and sauna experience at your own pace.
