About us
About this group:
Hi everyone! I moved to Tampa from New York last December and I’m looking to explore the city, stay active, and build a community of girlfriends.
This group is for women who want to get outside and actually get to know one another. Whether you’ve been here for years or you're new to the area like me, you’re welcome here!
What we do:
Instead of doing the same thing every week, we’re going to keep things fresh and explore both Tampa and St. Pete. I want our meetups to be a mix of everything the Bay has to offer. We’ll plan our outings based on what everyone is interested in doing. Here are some examples of what to expect:
- Social Walks: Exploring Bayshore, the Riverwalk, or local nature preserves.
- On the Water: Kayaking and Paddle boarding.
- Court Sports: Casual Pickleball or Tennis.
- Outdoor Fun: Group workouts and trying new active hobbies together.
Why join?
Our first meetup will be specifically focused on meeting new people and getting to know each other in a relaxed, women only environment. Since this is a brand new group, we are building this community from the ground up! If there’s an activity or a spot in Tampa or St. Pete you’ve always wanted to try, please share your ideas.
Help us grow!
Every new member makes a huge difference. If you know any other ladies looking to get active and make new friends, please tell them about us and bring them along!
