Tampa Girlies Fitness & Vibes is officially entering a new era, and I’m so excited to lead it.
This group is for women who want to:
- Move their bodies
- Try new workouts without intimidation
- Make real friends (not just “IG mutuals”)
- Romanticize their health era
- Actually show up for themselves
We are building strong bodies and stronger circles.
You do not have to be a fitness guru.
You do not have to be “in shape.”
You just have to be willing to try.
Expect:
✨ Group workouts (Pilates, lifting, dance fitness, walks, yoga, bootcamps)
✨ Soft girl reset days (stretch + journaling + coffee)
✨ Wellness socials
✨ Accountability challenges
✨ Pop-up girlies days out
✨ Structured monthly calendars (because we like a plan over here)
Kindness is nonnegotiable.
Consistency matters.
Energy is everything.
A few house rules:
- RSVP responsibly. We respect venues and headcounts.
- Show up on time. We move with intention.
- No mean girl energy. Ever.
- If I can’t attend, the event still happens. This space isn’t personality-dependent — it’s community-driven.
