As UXers, we place a lot of emphasis on 'what our users need/want,' but you can't know that without talking to them about it!

TBUX co-organizers Beth Galambos and Mike Gallers will share how they've begun to build a UX research practice at work.

Topics will include:
--Obtaining buy-in from Product Owners to the C Suite
--Establishing guidelines and a framework for research
--Deciding on tools and equipment
--Actually doing research in the real world (sharing actual project research plans)
--Reporting findings, including examples of deliverables like reports and videos
