Dr. Anne O’Hare brings a rich and diverse background to her work in wellness and meditation. She holds a doctorate in Nursing Leadership and serves with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout her career, she has integrated both clinical and holistic approaches, with experience in Holistic Nursing as well as teaching Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, and Oriental Bodywork Therapy.




Since 2011, Dr. Anne has been a dedicated student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris, where she coordinates meditation classes and programs in Ocala and The Villages, Florida. She is also the host of The Spiritual American podcast, where she shares insights on spirituality, mindfulness, and inner growth.
