About the event
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are more than just a goal-setting framework—they are a powerful tool for driving focus, alignment, and measurable outcomes in product management. In this session, we will discuss how OKRs can significantly sharpen your product strategy to create meaningful and impactful results for your teams.
We will start with the fundamentals, providing a clear understanding of what OKRs are and how to apply them in a product context. Next, we will discuss crafting product-specific OKRs that clarify strategic goals and create a strong link between high-level objectives and the day-to-day actions of your team. Participants will learn practical techniques for ensuring OKRs are ambitious yet achievable, measurable, and aligned with their product vision.
The discussion will also explore how OKRs can enhance product discovery and fuel innovation. By connecting OKRs to design thinking principles, participants learn to keep their team focused on the right problems, iterate on solutions, and ultimately deliver more impactful products to the market.
Finally, we will end with an exercise to solidify the presented material. Working in small groups or individually, participants will create their own OKRs leveraging inspiring objectives and unambiguous key results. They can use these OKRs immediately to improve clarity and alignment with their product teams.

• There is a parking garage that has guest parking.
• There are two side to get into the building but I do suggest coming through the parking garage. Either entrance will put you into the correct lobby.
