Ready to drive Product Evolution? This workshop focuses on innovating and enhancing user experiences across various domains. You will choose a popular software, hardware, or service-based product and systematically explore its user flows, interface design (where applicable), feature set, and overall value proposition. Our goal isn't just to understand the product as it is, but to act as a competitor to a popular product and suggest how the team will do things differently to ensure success. You'll learn how to identify opportunities for strategic improvement, anticipate future user needs, and collaboratively design the next generation of value, all alongside fellow product enthusiasts.
