When I was laid off from my previous role, I went through the ups and downs of the current job market. With a pivot in my strategy towards an approach focused on building trust, I quickly landed my current role, with the final week of the job search in final rounds of interviews with 5 companies, with 2 roles I don’t even apply for. I want to share my story of how I pivoted my search leveraging techniques used in product management to land that role.
